Really happy with the service from Enclear Ltd. The whole process was quick, easy and completely hassle-free from start to finish. From the very first phone call, the lady I spoke to was really lovely. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was very friendly, helpful and professional, and made arranging everything really easy. The driver was brilliant as well. He was really polite, friendly and respectful, and everything was handled quickly and without any problems. It’s honestly nice to come across a company where everyone you deal with is so pleasant and professional. Great service from Enweclear! The team safely moved our cupboards, wrapping and securing them properly. We had already dismantled one cupboard, and they transferred everything carefully, including a cupboard with a mirrored door, without any damage. The whole job was completed within an hour. Enweclear was organised by  another gentleman called James from So Tidy we had booked to remove it who unfortunately had to cancel when personal issues arose for him. They stepped in last minute to help him cover the job and helped us out with some waste after a kitchen/bathroom refit that a lovely cowboy builder left us high and dry on! Enweclear were excellent they were on time gave a half hour pre-call before arrival and got straight to it. They were lovely men really friendly and efficient. Afterwards they swept up the whole side of the property and front of my house, they left it spotless. They did it for the same price we were quoted by James the lady who contacted me to arrange it was lovely and professional and on whole they were out and out excellent. Excellent service, efficient and affordable. Contacted them through Whatsapp and they quickly responded with a quote. Booking them went smoothly and waiting time was only 2 days. Fast, reliable and effective. I called for the first time and got same day removal and this was done within 1hr 30mins after the call. Superb, and they have a neat big removal truck. Driver was very friendly. Thanks for the great service.
